THE PERFECT AND SURE LAW OF THE LORD

  • November 23, 2017

BOON NUGGET:

“We ought to always treasure the Word of God

because through the Word we receive wholeness

and wisdom for living. We can never be at a loss or

be disadvantaged in any way”

Pastor Karen

Psalm 19:07 (AMPC)

The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the [whole] person;

the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

Various words are used to refer to the Word of God; law,

precepts, commands, testimony, statutes, judgments

are all used interchangeably.

Two great truths concerning the Word of God stand out in

our lead verse today. First, the Word is perfect. The Word is

lacking in nothing, the Word needs no additions, it is 100%

accurate and it is for every situation. Remember it restores

the WHOLE person. Brethren, if any area of your life needs

wholeness, be it finances, family, career, health, ministry,

absolutely anything, all you need is the perfect law of the

Lord. It will make you whole.

The Word of God is sure. It is true beyond any doubt, It is

infallible, It is certain, It is incontestable, It is irrecoverable,

It is solid to the core and it makes us wise in any area of

ignorance, Hallelujah! 2 Timothy 03:15 records “and that

from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which

are ABLE TO MAKE YOU WISE FOR SALVATION through faith

which is in Christ Jesus.” We are made wise for living via

Scripture. Praise the Lord.

Beloved, we ought to always treasure the Word of God

because through the Word, we receive wholeness

and wisdom for living. We can never be at a loss or be

disadvantaged in any way.

CONFESSION:

I am given to the study of God’s Word continually.

Through the Word I am made whole, I am perfected,

I am made wise and therefore I know wholeness,

perfection and wisdom only all my days. Amen
