Psalm 45:01 (KJV)
My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

The Scriptures are given for the Christian to live by. In fact the Scriptures form our evidence and instruction on righteousness. Across the Scriptures we are instructed lots on the man’s heart and its prime place in dictating the course of a man’s life direction.

For example, in Proverbs 04:23, we are admonished on guarding our heart for out of it flows the issues/springs of life or better rendered, dictates the course of our life. Isn’t it beautiful to realize that the saint has authority over the direction that his/her life takes!

In our lead verse, the psalmist declares of his heart inditing a good matter/theme. To indite means to; proclaim, compose and overflow. So what the psalmist is saying is that his heart is overflowing on good themes/beauty concerning His King. He is not grumbling or anxious but rather his heart is overflowing with the Lord’s goodness. Selah!

Beloved, this is what the Lord wills to be the experiences of each of His children. He (God) desires His Word to be so real to you that all that comes out of your heart and mouth are beautiful things concerning your Savior. This is what the New Testament worship is all about. Hallelujah!

This day, separate self from all, meditate on His goodness and let your heart overflow with thanksgiving for His goodness. You will be amazed on how His joy will enrapture your soul as you indite good matters from your heart. Praise the Lord!!

Psalm 116:12 (AMPC), What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits toward me? [How can I repay Him for His bountiful dealings?]

“This is what the New Testament worship is all about;committing not to grumble or be anxious about anything but rather letting your heart overflow with the Lord’s goodness at all times.”

I will set self apart from all and ponder even as I put down on paper all His goodness to me. I refuse to complain but commit to dwell in thanksgiving all the days of my life. Hallelujah!
