Romans 08:05 (TLB) Those who let themselves be controlled by their lower natures live God’s.
A lot of people and especially Christians are fond of trying to do things that please God. They want to talk right, do their work right, serve God right and even dress right all in a bid to please God. However a lot of them end up from God’s time and time.
Beloved, I wish to submit it to you that it is very possible to please God. Our lead verse elaborates this in the Holy Spirit and not the Holy Spirit of God. as led by our natural, human, lower nature.Selah!
The Holy Spirit has been given to the believers first as a Helper; see John 14:16 (NKJV) “And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.” Secondly as a Guide to all things; see John 16: 13a (NKJV) “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth …” He leads us into ALL Truth only and thus follows Him means walking in truth. Selah!
He (the Holy Spirit) also helps us walk into this Truth. In other words, the Spirit of God creates the desire and then causes you to do it. Phil 02:13 “for it is God” Praise the Lord!
No wonder then we ought to live in constant communion (fellowship) with the Holy Spirit. The only way to follow Him is to know Him and to constantly commune with Him. Then we are automatically assured of doing things God please. Beloved, quit trying to please God on your own ability, allow yourself to be led of the Holy Ghost and you are assured of automatically pleasing God. Hallelujah!
BOON NUGGET: The secret in the way of the Holy Spirit and not as led by our natural, human, lower nature.
COUNSEL TO EMBRACE: Quit trying to please God on your own ability, allow yourself to be led of the Holy Ghost and you are assured of automatically pleasing God.
Dear God, I thank You for the Holy Spirit Who teaches me all things, guides me into all the Helper. I thank You that through His guidance and in Him, I please You all days. Everything I do today and always is led and directed of Him. Amen
